Payment Policy

Where direct billing has not been prearranged, payment must be received prior to attending a class.  Gestalt Partners, LLC accepts most major credit cards and corporate or personal checks.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

In the event a student must reschedule or cancel any instructor-led course, the student must notify Gestalt Partners, LLC ten business days prior to the course.  Cancellations made inside ten business days will be charged the full amount of the invoice.

Gestalt Partners, LLC attempts to teach every class on its public schedule.  However, at times it may be necessary to reschedule or cancel classes.  Gestalt Partners, LLC will attempt to provide students ample notice of such changes.  Please check the Web site for the most current schedule of classes.

Inclement Weather Policy

Gestalt Partners, LLC will follow the Federal Government's example in cases of inclement weather:

• If the government closes, all classes will be cancelled.


• If the government announces a liberal leave policy, classes will be held as scheduled.

The above stated policies are generally applicable policies or guidelines for Gestalt Partners, LLC learning centers.  Due to varying state rules, regulations or policies and other factors, certain of these policies may not apply and certain classes may not be available to all students
